Driver agreement
Approval, safety, vehicle and platform responsibilities for every Kasi-Link driver.
Effective 31 August 20261. Approval
A driver may operate only after Kasi-Link approves the account, vehicle, identity photograph and required compliance documents. Approval may be refused, suspended or withdrawn when safety or compliance standards are not met.
2. Driver duties
- Keep identity, vehicle and contact details accurate.
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe and roadworthy.
- Follow road laws and never operate while impaired, dangerously tired or unavailable.
- Treat passengers respectfully and protect their information.
- Record arrival, trip start and completion honestly in the app.
3. Online status and location
Going online means the driver is available for dispatch and agrees to share the location needed for nearby offers and active-trip tracking. The app gives a clear explanation before requesting background location. The driver can stop sharing by going offline.
4. Trip handling
Drivers may not overcharge, demand unauthorised fees, use another person's profile, or complete trips outside platform rules.
5. Earnings and payouts
Earnings may be calculated from completed trips after commission, authorised adjustments or deductions. Payouts remain subject to verification and the applicable schedule.
6. Suspension
Unsafe driving, fraud, false documents, expired documents, abuse, unlawful conduct or serious passenger complaints may result in suspension or removal.
7. Independent status
Unless a separate written employment agreement states otherwise, using the platform does not automatically create an employment relationship.
