Terms and conditions
The rules that apply when passengers, drivers and other users access Kasi-Link.
Effective 31 August 20261. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kasi-Link, a user agrees to these terms and the linked policies.
2. Service
Kasi-Link provides a digital platform for ride booking, driver coordination, live trip tracking, safety reporting, support, receipts and operational administration. Availability depends on approved drivers, devices, connectivity and third-party services.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Kasi-Link may suspend access for fraud, unsafe conduct, unlawful use or serious policy breaches. Users may delete accounts from the app or through the public deletion process.
4. Passenger duties
- Provide accurate pickup and destination information and be ready at pickup.
- Treat drivers respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions.
- Pay the fare shown or agreed through an approved payment method.
- Do not request illegal, dangerous or overloaded transport.
- Use support and SOS functions responsibly.
5. Driver duties
- Operate only after approval and with valid required documents.
- Keep account, vehicle and identity information current.
- Drive lawfully, remain sober and rested, and keep the vehicle roadworthy.
- Protect passenger information and follow the route and trip-status process honestly.
- Go offline whenever unavailable or unable to share the location required for dispatch.
6. Fares and payment
Fares may depend on distance, time, route, ride category and pricing settings. Cash or another enabled payment method may apply. A fare can be corrected where a verified technical or operational error occurred.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Trips may be cancelled by a passenger, driver or authorised administrator in line with the Cancellation Policy. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under the Refund Policy.
8. Safety and records
Kasi-Link may keep trip, location, SOS and support records for service delivery, safety, dispute handling and lawful operational requirements. Misuse of emergency tools may result in account action.
9. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, map or database provider issues, device limitations or events outside reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for false information, fraud, unsafe conduct, unlawful behaviour, repeated non-payment or a material breach of these terms.
